This little pink and grey galah first visited us at 4 weeks of age. He returned yesterday for another studio session and boy did he bring his A-game! He was primping and preening like there was no tomorrow and gave me some amazing shots!

Last week we did a special photo session with Sahara, a sweet and clever ex-rescue pooch. She just finished travelling around Australia courtesy of Jetpets raising awareness and funds for shelter dogs. Yesterday, on her 1 year anniversary in finding her forever, she visited the Dog’s Refuge Home of WA in Perth and met Koko the kelpie, star of the hit movie “Red Dog”! Sahara took it all in her stride – on the other hand, I was totally star-struck by Koko, LOL!
A big congrats to Sahara on her one year milestone. She now has the best life a dog could wish for and deserves every minute of it.

Thanks to everyone who came to the Dog’s Refuge Home of WA’s Santa Paws / In the Doghouse event last weekend. And special thanks to Jules and Santa (Wally) for being part of our team – we couldn’t have photographed 115 dogs without you!
The July rally against live exports was amazing – thousands or people turned out to show their support. I was very proud to be the event photographer on the day. Lets hope this cruel trade ends soon.

Special shoot this morning with Winston the Wonder Whippet. He is a Diabetic Alert Dog for Paws for Diabetics (http://www.pfd.org.au/) What a beautiful boy who has a lovely Mum and Dad and he shoulders his responsibility so well.
